As already shared with the other barbecue items also this is one is made with good craftmanship. My only ambition was to replace the handles made from beech, thought about olive wood but do not have in my garden but alternatively found a proper branch from a dead fruit tree (apricot) which was spending a nice core section and with my very basic equipment just drilling machine I could made some replicas, now I am loving it and has got even more connection to home. Simply possible due to the fact the items can be easily dismantled.
