PRODUCTS
Andrée Jardin handles do not have threads. The handle is assembled into the brush the first time it is used. The first time you screw it on, the wood of the handle is hollowed out by the metal part of the broom. If the handle is too small and that it is loose in the metal part, without being able to be screwed in. You can contact us by e-mail at contact@andreejardin.fr to arrange for the exchange of the defective part.
You can use the brooms and brushes outside but be careful not to leave them outside. Even though wood is treated, it will tend to deteriorate more quickly when in prolonged contact with humidity.

PAYMENT
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Carte Bleue (CB) American Express, Paypal.
Notre partenaire Alma vous propose le paiement en 2 ou 3 fois qui permet de payer votre commande en plusieurs fois, sans frais supplémentaire. Seuls les achats entre 50 € et 2 000 € sont éligibles au paiement avec Alma; Vous pourrez souscrire à ce service sous réserve d'acceptation par Alma.
MY ORDER
Once your package is sent, you will receive a tracking link for your package by e-mail.
We are very sorry if there was an error in the preparation of your order. Please let us know which product is missing via the "Contact" section, by e-mail (contact@andeejardin.fr) or by chat and don't forget to tell us your order number!
Contact us by chat or by email at contact@andreejardin.fr, while attaching a photo or video of the damaged item. We will come back to you quickly to find a solution.
Within 1-2 working days after placing a successfully placed your order, you’ll receive a tracking number from our courier. If you have any questions regarding your shipment or if you have not received your tracking number, you are more welcome to contact us and we will assist you further.
The code can be applied on the Delivery and Payment page after the validation of the cart.

To create an Andrée Jardin account, simply go to our website www.andreejardin.com and click on the "My Account" tab on the top right. You will need a email address and a password or by logging in via your Google, Facebook or Apple account.
