Planche à Pizza 45 x 35 cm

This was a Christmas gift for my husband - he loved it. We make pizza every week and have gone through several cheaper peels, which always warp and crack within a year or two. This one is clealy in a different league than all of the others. It is made from a solid piece of oak wood, not several pieces glued together, and it does not have any questionable chemcially-based varnishes on it, it is only gently coated with a light layer of food-safe oil. 100% recommend.
